Ø  To the English readers: We do continue offering you a “resummé” of the principal news in relation with important facts with the situation in Venezuela, in order to inform our readers the real facts, due to omissions and distortions of the Venezuelan radios, press and TVs as is the situation not only in our country but  also in other countries, including the United States.  We will appear once in a month.  Your questions, critics and opinions are appreciated.

ü  Venezuelan people is preparing to participate in the next elections programmed December 6, 2015 to renew all members of the Venezuelan General Assembly.  This election will be the 20th inside the Bolivarian Revolution, since 1989 and it seems to be with many peoples participation.

ü  No answer has been officially received yet, to the solicitude made to President Obama by our nation, asking him to cancel the unfortunate Decree of march 9, 2015 announcing that Venezuela “is a menace to the United States  security”.

ü  A new trouble has appeared, when Guyana´s Prime Minister David Granger announced that the Exxon-Mobile oil company has     started exploration and business withing their Country.  The main         problem is that the Esequibo river and its occidental side territory is under an historic reclamation by Venezuela, since the epoch of the Capitanía General of  Venezuela. At the moment when  England bought from Netherland that territory, which was then  transferred to United Kingdom and then to Venezuela, according to a lot of agreements registered since that time.  In other words, that territory  belongs to Venezuela as all historic documents proves it and has being under official reclamation to Guyana. So no one has any authority to make that kind of agreements without consulting and according them with the Venezuelan  Governmet.

ü  The Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, sent the above case to the General Secretary of the United Nations, Ban Kee Moon on last week, asking him to choose an Special Referee, in order to continue the legal process established in the formal documents about this territory claimed by Venezuela. The last news had informed that Mr. Granger is not in agree with that procedure, nevertheless that it is inside all documents signed by the Guyana representative as was the United Kingdom at that moment.
