“Venezuela up to date 16”

ü  To our readers in English: As promised at the end of the year 2012, we offer a “resume” of the principal news in relation  with several important things that happen in Venezuela. Much of this information are originated by free researchers of the Blog group, in order to inform our readers due to the omissions and distortions made by the Venezuelan and International radios, press and TVs.

Ø  President Maduro presented the balance of his first campaign all over the country, called “Street Government”.  He announced the second phase of this Program to be continued.

Ø  It has been approved by our National  Assembly, a new law prohibiting the commerce  and use of personal arms.  It has been avoided all licenses given prior to date for using arms for personal defense.  The Government,  through a new program called “Peace and   “ has opened the possibility for the members of armed civil groups or bands, to exchange their arms for courses, work, etc.  In a popular urbanization in Caracas, yesterday, were received more than 50 guns and ammunition, held by such kind of groups.

Ø  It was held recently, a conference between Presidents Santos from Colombia and Maduro of Venezuela, to reactivate the diplomatic relations  and commerce between the two countries. Specially treated was the contraband trade from Venezuela to Colombia of gasoline, foods and caws.

Ø  The chief of the right group of the Venezuelan opposition, Henrique Capriles continued his trips to Chile, Peru, United States and Bolivia, contacting the actual political groups of the Right International League organized by ex-President Jose María Aznar (from Spain). Mr. Capriles has abandoned his duties as Miranda State Governor for which he was elected two years ago.

Ø  The General Assembly put outside Deputy Richard  Mardo, a member of  the political right wing party “Primero Justicia”, in order to be subjected  on a probable trial by the General Fiscal due to managing millions of bolivars currency, without declaring it to the National Financial Office SENIAT.

Ø  A similar case is being treated by the General Assembly of another Deputy who moved a lot of millions U S dollars in several international banks which origins he cannot explained to the Auditing Commission of the named Assembly.

Ø  President Maduro asked to all Venezuela people in order to let the authorities know of cases like those mentioned above, being inside or outside the Government.

Ø  Today is closing the period to promote people before the Elections National Council in view to the next municipal elections on December 8^th, 2013.

Ø  The Venezuelan Supreme Court declared “inadmissible to be judged” the five instruments submitted by the Venezuelan right political party “Primero Justicia” for consideration, declaring voided all the Presidential elections made on April 14^th, 2013. The reasons are from that the opposition could not presented any prove or arguments, and that they were for those reasons impossible to be considered. This put an end, on the political argued arguments from the opposition forces, denying the stretch margin of 240.000 votes in favor of President Maduro´s triumph.
